Group Dental Insurance

CBIA offers comprehensive affordable group dental plans through Aetna. Employers with 3 to 9 eligible employees have the choice of three plans. Employers with 10 or more eligible employees have the choice of five plans with or without orthodontic coverage.
Product Availability
Group dental plans are available to residents of Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York.
Note: The PPO Max option is not available to Massachusetts residents. The DMO is not available in some Massachusetts zip codes. Please consult this zip code list before enrolling members.
