NOTE: Dental ID cards are no longer issued by Aetna. Dentists can confirm eligibility by using a member's social security number or Aetna ID number. The ID number can be found on Aetna navigator where the member can also print an ID card.

Instructions for a member to join Aetna navigator and print an ID card:

1. Go to Aetna.com
2. Click on "Login/Register"
3. Under, First-time Users, click on "Sign Up Now"
4. In the field labeled "Member ID Card #" input your Social Security Number
5. Complete the remaining required fields and click "Continue"
6. Once you are on your personal Navigator page, you will see "I want to..." on the top left side. Under this, click "Get an ID Card." Your personal ID card will be presented for you to print.
