Dental Insurance

An important part of every employee benefits program is dental insurance that fits your budget and your employees’ needs. Group vs. Voluntary Insurance

Group dental plans require an employer to either pay 100% of the premium or a portion of the premium with the balance paid by employees.

They require employers to have at least 40% of eligible employees participate in the program. If the employer is paying a portion of the premium, the employee portion is collected pretax through payroll deduction.

Voluntary dental insurance premiums are paid 100% by employees. These plans help employers keep benefit costs down while allowing employees to buy benefits at group rates with the convenience of payroll deductions.

Group Dental Insurance

CBIA Health Connections offers a variety of affordable group dental insurance plans through Ameritas. These plans are exclusive to CBIA and offer a choice of plans with or without orthodontic coverage.

Voluntary Dental Insurance

Employers don’t need a lot of money to provide competitive benefits. With CBIA Health Connections’ voluntary dental plans, they can offer cost-effective benefits while employees choose whether to participate and cover the costs. CBIA Health Connections offers five voluntary dental plans through Ameritas.
