Regarding CBIA Medicare Offering for 2024

CBIA Health Connections offers two ConnectiCare Medicare Advantage with Prescription Drug (MAPD) plans for our Medicare-primary enrollees. All products may be offered to a small employer group. Please review the information below, as well as the FAQ created for members to understand the differences between these benefit plans and important eligibility requirements.

Reminder About CBIA Medicare Enrollment Period

All Medicare participants who wish to enroll in either plan must do so during the open enrollment period which runs from November 1 through December 15, regardless of the group’s renewal date.

All enrollment forms must be signed by the enrollee on or before December 31, 2023 for them to join the Medicare plan on January 1, 2024.

 

January 1, 2024 Rates

Medicare rates change on January 1 of each year regardless of a group’s renewal date. Below are the rates for each plan for the January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 Medicare plan year.
